I'm pleased with how the Encore Pro V2.0 plays—especially since it's only $99.99. While it doesn't have the spin and control of a carbon fiber paddle, it gets decent power from its fiberglass face and feels fast at the kitchen too (a great combo for hands battles). It competes with some of the best paddles under $100 like the Six Zero Quartz or Friday Original paddle. If you're looking to upgrade from a super-cheap beginner paddle but don't want to spend more than $100, this is a great option...

Great paddle. Instant improvement to my game: I'm a beginner player but a plus athlete. I got a box set with a net to play with the kids. I got an entry level paddle that worked fine but my wife started using it and she liked it so it became her paddle. I got this one and it is much better than the last one. I haven't played long enough or with enough different paddles to give a detailed review, but there is a remarkable difference between this paddle and the other one at half the price.
