1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MetaRevu (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Use of the Site
MetaRevu is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise bulk-download the Site or its content without prior written permission
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our Meta Scores, synthesized summaries, or editorial content except for fair quotation with attribution
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or probe it for vulnerabilities
- Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law
3. Content and intellectual property
MetaRevu aggregates reviews of pickleball products from third-party sources and links back to those sources with attribution. The source reviews themselves — including any quoted text, star ratings, and editorial language — remain the intellectual property of their original authors and publications, and are referenced here under fair-use principles.
The Meta Score, synthesized meta-review summaries, theme extractions, product taxonomy, and editorial layout of the Site are the intellectual property of MetaRevu. You may link to individual MetaRevu pages freely; you may not reproduce these materials in bulk.
4. Affiliate relationships
MetaRevu earns commission when you click outbound links to retailers and make a purchase. These commissions fund the Site and have no influence on how products are scored or ranked. Full details are in our affiliate disclosure.
5. No warranties
The Site and all information on it — including Meta Scores, product specifications, prices, and availability — are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but pricing, stock, and product availability change constantly, and we make no guarantee that the Site is free of errors or omissions. You should confirm any detail that matters to your purchase decision on the retailer’s own site before buying.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetaRevu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party retailers and review sources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties, and linking to them does not constitute an endorsement beyond the weight given to a source under our published methodology.
8. Governing law
