That was 48 years ago, now 66, my wife got involed with pickleball during father's day 2025. Now I am hooked. Very solid.: FS Tour Dynasty 16mm is awesome. Ive tried most of the top brands.Its the only paddle available that is over 8.7 oz and doesnt need lead tape. Great for advanced tennis players who like a heavier feeling paddle. The entire paddle face hits solid. No torque on mishits- even balls hit on the edge! Spin is 2200 rpm which is top tier. Also the only manufacturer that provides a full cover that also covers the grip instead of cheap cover that only covers the head.
