Amazing Paddle — Pros: The spin you can create on this paddle is no joke. I was able to put tons of top spins on the ball without losing control over it. The grip length is perfect for someone that switch over from tennis. Although one of the two paddles I ordered came with a broken handle, it's a great paddle with good durability overall. — Cons: One of the two paddles I ordered came broken towards the end. But this could be a factory defects that was not caught before shipping out.
Great paddle — Pros: Solid hiits
Forgiving sweet spot — Cons: None
It's the Gold Standard to Measure all Paddles — Pros: I got a chance to play with this paddle for a night of mixed match play. I was using the 16mm version. I can see why so many people love it. The weight is fine. I found I could get to lots of shots in the volley area. What sets this paddle apart from the rest is the touch. You can place shots pretty easily. If you're a beginner that is progressing nicely - this should be your go to paddle as you develop your game. — Cons: I really can't think of any. I wish it was a bit cheaper but then again, priced at $99 it's a value. Recently the 16mm has been in high demand and sold out. I haven't tried the 13mm but I suspect it's good as well.
Excellent — Pros: Well balanced, great for control shots. Great grip ad weight for power hits. — Cons: None to advise on.
Very easy to hold on to and return the ball with some spin: Had this for several weeks and it performs very well
Nice pickleball paddle: Hoping this one lasts better than the last one my husband bought. Seems to be good quality. Would recommend this brand, great customer service.
Great paddle for a beginner: Very nice paddle for a beginner. Pink color is a plus!
Smaller grip fit: Nice paddle for beginner to intermediate players. I needed smaller grip for my hand and better fit for control and i play better with this paddle. However, i noticed that the paddle with smaller grip does cause "tennis elbow".
Broken handle: Bought this two months ago. The grit went away immediately. The biggest problem was after a few uses something must have broken or come loose because it feels like the handle and the paddle face are disconnected or loose.
Good purchase: Paddle met all my expectations. Solid choice to get me started
Pickleball racket: I played with a few times and didn't like the way it hit
Great Pickleball Paddle!: I love my new pickleball paddle! Great quality, and it looks awesome! I would give it an A+ Rating!
Great features: I bought this paddle a while back and it’s excellent. The grip is outstanding!
Franklin Signature pickleball racquet: So far racquet is meeting expectations…Max Grit abrasive surface does excellent spin…
Very light weight: Great paddle for a novice player with average ability and average build
Great paddle.: This is the second time I purchased the exact same paddle. I wore the first one out after 2 years. Regular wear and tear. The Franklin paddle is durable and has a great grip. I am enjoying it again playing pickleball.
Super racquet: Playing every day the max grit only lasts a month. But performs terrific.
Great Paddle: Can’t get a better paddle for the price! Looks good & plays good.
great feel and quality: I am a beginner and I bought this as my first paddle. It is very comfortable and well balanced. It plays very well and feels very good in my hands. I feel fortunate to start with something this nice
Its ok: It gets the job done, but overpriced in my opinion
Nice paddle!: I bought this a month ago for my grandson. He is excited to use it when the weather warms up.
Great grips: The paddles have great hand grips that feel comfortable in your hand.
Good grip: Comfortable handle nice size surface enables hitting with a spin
Pickleball paddle: I bought this paddle over a month ago. It is very light. Has a nice grip and I like the black color.
A big step up from the starter paddle: My wife and I were given a pair of Signature paddles (and a set of basic paddles). We took the pickle-ball classes in October and then we switched over to the Signature when we went for open play in November. The grip is a little small for me, but wearing a glove helps take up most of the slack.
The sweet spot is much larger on this than the original paddles. It doesn't hit quite as hard as the beginners, but it adds more control and a bigger sweet spot. A
Solid paddle: For the price, hard to beat. Grip length is great, in particular for two-handers. Solid feel, though a little head light. Looks great- got the white one and it looks great hitting winners down the line!
Pickle Paddle: I bought this for my teenager. He has really enjoyed playing this one
My game has improved with this paddle. The paddle is light weight, the grip is comfortable, looks great and is well made. I am enjoying the game much more with this paddle. You can really tell the difference between a Franklin and other brands.
best of the beginner paddles: Although not the most up to date model sold these days, a solid first paddle for the beginner.
Honeycomb isn’t very strong not the best paddle, but still ok.
Improved my game: I was using an old worn paddle a friend gave me to learn pickle ball. Once I started playing more often I needed a new paddle and this was perfect for me. Great price, love the handle and has improved my game, I've moved up to the next level.
Great racket: I bought this with the help of store employee, Kris. It is light, moderate width and longer handle. The rough finish helps with spin.
Bought this paddle for my 10-year old who is learning the game - way better control and stability for him versus a cheaper beginner paddle. Since there are no really good “kids” paddles this was recommended to me by a coach
I love the max grit signature paddle but wish the grit wouldn't wear off
Purchased the "pink paddle" for my wife and she loves it.
Franklin Signature Paddle: This was my first pickle ball paddle. The handle is comfortable, and vol
I love this paddle! I have one in every color. Great power and control and price. Super solid feel and sound on impact.
I bought this paddle because it’s the best value for a quality product. This one is a replacement for the same model that I’ve worn off the grit from the original.
The all-white paddle (13mm) really stands out - haven't played with it yet to see how the white fares with my sweaty palms, but it sure is pretty! I have two other Franklin Signature paddles and I am super-happy with their performance. I play at least 3x/week.
Great paddle and a great value. Love the longer handle and control off the surface.
Love this paddle! I’m a 3.5 player. This is the second one I’ve bought. It’s a great paddle for the price. Gives me great touch and spin plus power. The only con is the grit wears off pretty much immediately. I would love it if the grit lasted longer, but I still like the paddle. I’m not sure it hinders my play at all.
Bethany is great. She walked me thru the entire process. She is great!!!
Purchased the Franklin Signature and I’m very happy with it. I play for a couple of hours most days and have had it about a month and it seems to be holding up just fine. Best value given that other paddles I have owned are now twice the price of this one.
This paddle is Great! Have been playing with different paddles. This one is by far the best. Love the weight, 16mm core, and larger grip. You can’t go wrong with this one. I even ordered an extra one. Pickleball Rocks R.C.
Love this paddle! Lots of power and control with an awesome solid feel and sound!
Betheny is the greatest !!!! I hope someone gives her a raise !! awesome gal and SO very helpful.
I was impressed that the best player in the world played with this design for 3 years. I like the length and width of the paddle
The paddle feels great but it's new. I'm hoping it is durable.
Overall good paddle but the grits at the middle of the paddle worn out (became smooth surface) after 3 days of play.
I put lead on the neck and added more gripping to the handle. Played really well with it. Nice feel.
