Short Lifespan…: The paddle performs really well and suits my playing style perfectly, especially since I tend to play fast and hit harder than average. It gives me great control on the court. However, after only about five uses, I noticed a core issue — when I shake the paddle, I can already hear something loose inside. For a $280 paddle, the build quality is surprisingly weak. I expected more from Joola at this price point. I haven’t tried contacting Golf Galaxy yet to see if they can exchange

Great paddle. Good control and pop.: The broad paddle is what I’m most comfortable with. The handle length isn’t too bad either. You can definitely do a two handed return with it. The paddle has pretty good pop and also good control with the 16mm thickness. It’s not as poppy as the 3 or the mod 15ta, but as an intermediate player it works well for me.

Small Improvements On 3s Scorpeus: I went from hyperion to C2 to Gen3 Scorpeus to 3s Scopeus. The gen3 scopeus was great - power and control, large sweet spot, but I was taking to many complaints during open play about the "illegal paddle". I have had the 3s for about 3 weeks, I was actually surprised to find a "tighter" feel on my drives - they felt more in control. The dinking was handled better also. The sweet spot was just as large. It seems Joola toned down the trampoline effect on this 3s,
