Three paddles all broke: After playing only a few times there was something loose inside, like a piece of the core broke off. PBC replaced it and almost immediately the same thing happened on the replacement paddle. They replaced it again and again I got a rattle inside, but not quite as bad as the others so I didn't return it, but after 10 weeks the handle broke when I hit a shot. PBC would not replace it a third time, and would only offer store credit. I really liked playing with this paddle a

Onix Evoke Premier: I was somewhat reluctant on giving this paddle a try but I’m so glad I did. This paddle has helped my game tremendously. I was looking for a paddle that would give me more power and it checks the box. Serves are faster and deeper with less effort. Punch blocks are powerful and effortlessly. The most surprising thing I noticed was the touch while dinking and reset drops. I thought I would lose touch with this paddle but that isn’t the case. What a great paddle for the cost.

Evoke Premier: I purchased this paddle to add some pop. Currently use the Electrum E and enjoy the paddle in the soft game. So far the onix has added the pop but I’ve lost some touch and control. Hopefully my hands will soften to the paddle or I will go back to the E. Seems to be good quality and has a very solid feel. It definetly has the sound if you know what I mean. Great Paddle - Great Value: I've tried quite a few premium paddles in the last year, but I have been more satisfied with the Evoke Premier than others I have tried, and it's $50-$75 less than most of those other paddles. For me, it's been a great balance of control and power. I can place my shots more effectively, can impart spin and slice more effectively, and it still has excellent pop! A right paddle for my playing style.: I was deciding which paddles were best for my playing style and skill level. I play with a Selkirk Sport AMPED EPIC 8.0 for recreational matches requiring extra control and accuracy and also play with the ONIX Evoke Premier in matches that require more power with a little less accuracy. Both paddles are in my estimation the best value offered today. I’m sure either paddle would satisfy most all play levels.

Amazing paddle!: This is my 3rd paddle in 3 years. It’s literally the best feeling paddle with my play style and I play(4.0) so not a professional but it has all the great attributes, spin/power/touch/nice sweet spot! Only issue is the edge guard will come loose after a while if your hittin it on the ground or dropping it. Solid feel, great overall paddle: I am 6" 1` and 230 plus, using a lightweight 8 oz. model. Sure it hits hard, but all quality paddles do that.
