Love the paddle control. — Pros: Nice sweet large sweet spot. Has good control. — Cons: I like a smaller grip. I will change the grip. That is just my preference. I use a two handed back hand and the handle length is 1/4 inch smaller than my former paddle but I’m getting use to it.
A LOT OF POWER AND POP! — Pros: Super maneuverable paddle with lot of power and pop for the shape. Great sweet spot size due to the shape and super fast in hands battles. — Cons: The handle is very short but that is a good thing for some just be aware of that. It can be hard to control if you don't get used to the pop.
This is a big, big upgrade from the original model (read our initial Paddletek Bantam ALW-C review). This model has a longer handle and a lot more power and spin. I feel like ALW out there—my two-handed backhands are consistent and strong. While it doesn't have the pop and power of the elongated Paddletek Bantam TKO-C, it's very powerful for a square paddle. Built for intermediate to advanced players, it can take time to adjust on control. However, if you want a super-fast, lightweight paddle...
Paddletek Bantam ALW-C 14.3mm Pickleball Paddle: What a great paddle! I absolutely love it!
Bantam ALW-C PB Paddle: So far.... I am really liking this paddle. It combines power and control.
Quick response!: I was worried because it was an order from Japan, but they responded very kindly. The paddle is also in good condition. Thank you very much.
Love it: Great overall paddle. Feels good making contact, good pop. Love the spin control.
14.3 Paddletek Bantam: I love this paddle for control and spin. It also has plenty of power
AL-W Paddle: This paddle is unquestionably more powerful than the last model. Once I added some lead tape to the bottom curves it was perfect. 90% of the paddle became a sweet spot (don’t fact check that percentage lol) The spin is gives is CRAZY good. If you love a great control paddle with serious pop and power I’d try it. Love the reddish pink colors too ?? the only thing I would change is a slightly longer handle.
paddletek Bantam ALW 14.3: a good paddle for sure..although ALW uses the 12.7 and heard she wraps the entire perimeter with lead tape the make it's weight closer to 9.0
Pros : great power and spin
Cons: lacks power ( need to work it), handel was shorter than my others for 2 handed back hand.
Paddleteck : The handle for this one is too wide and too short for me.***PBC Response*** Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!
