Super light without giving up power: Was not sure about the super light weight in the beginning but with arthritic hands in the winter this has been a lifesaver. The grit and control are excellent. Able to generate great topspin and with the long handle am able to really snap serves and overheads. Highly recommend this paddle.
Got better!!!: At first, I thought I wasted money on buying this paddle. My first days, I can't control the ball the ball (pops), the way I was doing with my DBD 6.0. But after a week I started to love it especially when I put weights (3 grams), 1 on the top and 1 each on the swing sides. This paddle makes me play better.
My favorite spin paddle this year comes from a new range of Gen 4 paddles. The CRBN TruFoam Genesis 4 may be expensive at $280 (or $252 with our discount) but it's worth it because it offers a complete game and should last a long time. My favorite spin paddle this year is actually a Gen 3 model. The RPM Friction Pro V2 hits the value sweet spot for me: cheaper than some competitors at $212.50 (with our discount) and it hits spin like no other on the market.
