Helped My Wrist: Purchased this after searching review sites for a vibration dampening paddle. My wrist was killing me during and after playing. Was hoping for some improvement. Game changer: I just started playing 5 months ago, bought a low cost Franklin paddle. Did ok but the ball seemed a bit dead coming off the paddle, not getting the power, angles, response.
