Best paddle I have owned so far — Pros: -Almost effortless power; drives, rolls, and flicks come easy
-Unmatched level of spin generation; when other players feel the face of this paddle, some have asked "is this legal in competition" because it quite literally feels like sandpaper
-Relatively easy to control on resets and dinks ONCE YOU GET USED TO IT
-Amazing sound! — Cons: really need to learn how to dial back the power to wield this beast! It took me ~1 month (maybe 30 hours of drill and play time) to learn what grip pressure I needed to use to get controlled resets and more subdued dinks that would land in the kitchen. This is not so much a negative, but it is worth pointing out that you need to commit to learning how to use this paddle. I was coming from a JOOLA Perseus Pro IV 14mm and these two paddles are night and day. For a while I was switching back and forth and that just led to bad things happening!
BOOOM!!!! Best paddle: I’ve been using the Selkirk Boomstik Paddle and really like how it balances power and control, especially when driving the ball but still keeping touch at the net. It feels responsive in my hands, which helps me reset quickly and place shots more consistently. Overall, this my main paddle for the past 6 months.
That’s why I purchase the full set of boomstik: So far I can’t find another paddle to replace it, cool, but plz consider for overseas warranty, thanks!
Standout control panel: Unreal I love this paddle. It gives me great control up at the net and the infiagrip allows me to generate plenty of top spin and hit the ball hard from the baseline.
Love the Boomstik: It took a few games to get used to the difference from the ERA Power I was using. Once I slowed down, and took a little bit off my swings, things kinda fell into place. So far, it is my favorite paddle.
Tennis Ball to Pickle Ball: This paddle doesn't take long to get use too. It has great power and wonderful touch, with spin and control what else would you need except coordination. Coming from tennis with a 4.5 5.0 rating this paddle has great response and touch that I was hoping for. Go For it !!!

Get that boom boom boom: This is my 2nd boomstik. I had to get the Jack Sock edition. It’s like no other and when getting something new, you have to adjust! The pop is like no other along with the sound! Gotta get that Boom!

Boomstik: I've tried them all and I really have. The boomstik is the paddle that brings my game to another level. I'm 3.5 player and to return the ball or scoop up on low shot happens with little effort. It just comes off the face with great pace. Like I said I tried them all and I bought 2 of these so I could have them for a while.
Happy with the Boom Stick: The Sellkirk service was informative and very quick. It was easy to pay for, and I received the the paddle and accessories within 4 days I was amazed because this was December before Christmas. The quality of the paddle seems very durable, and as it comes from the factory, I love how balanced the paddle is and lightweight.
Great Paddle: Gift for my husband. He said it makes him a better player. Lol. DSG customer service was helpful when I ran into an issue with the product.

Amazing, great control and spin.: This is the ultimate paddle I have been waiting for. I had another top level paddle that got banned and nothing has lived up to how it felt until the Boomstick. It is very powerful, poppy (which I like) and has surprising control. The surface is super gritty and I can spin a ton if I want to.

I want to have the skills to match my paddle.: Looking at the red logo through a magnifying glass, it seems they've smoothed out the paddle surface. That's a bit disappointing.
50/50: It's great for controlled drives but it has a lot of pop. hard to control the ball or do top spins. you can aim but mostly it goes out due to the poppy feel. also the red paint scrapes off easily. i just got mine for 3 weeks and the red has patches missing already. maybe the regal would be better.

Pro IV vs Boomstick: Bought me a Pro IV a few months ago and really liked it. Then I bought the Boomstick to get a foam core paddle and WOW what a difference. I Love everything about the Boomstick. Lighter to the touch, way more pop off the Boomstick and I also find I have better spin and control. If a paddle can improve your play...Then this paddle has what it takes.
