Failed to accept a defective pickle ball paddle return after 2 weeks of ownership: Staff behind the counter would not take my defective pickleball paddle back because the laminate was separating from the paddle. I was asking for an equal exchange. They told me to contact the manufacturer. Dick's Sporting Goods should have a 30 day no questions asked policy to accept returns.

There are better options for the money: This paddle is obviously designed for control. However, after demoing other paddles, I find that my game is very erratic with this paddle. Something is just not clicking with it. It has very little power, and with a soft touch, my shots consistently miss low. The little grit it has wears off quickly.

SLK OMEGA Hybrid Air - Max: I have been playing with the Max, and the longer grip, for several weeks and I would say that compared to some of the previous paddles I have owned, I am getting about 20% more control and 20% less power, which is nice! The Max seems like a great paddle for the price!
