Awful balls.: I don't understand how this company is full of pickleballers and yet produce such a terrible ball. We bought these balls because we are doing a tournament sponsored by Onix, and this is going to be the tournament ball, and we wanted to learn how to play with this ball. It's super pingy, but the part that really annoyed all of us was the complete lack of longevity. Within 3 games one ball had cracks all over the place, and within 4 hours of play we lost another 3 balls to cracks al
Built to Last, Game After Game: These balls are super durable and hold up well on all surfaces. They feel great off the paddle too. Even after hours of play, they don’t crack or warp at all. Perfect for tournaments and serious practice sessions and definitely my go-to ball for competitive play!
Dura 40s Pink: I figured I would give these a try. They're not as good as the lime green..... Or the yellows.
Best pickleball around!: I finally bought the duras a month ago and I am obsessed! How have I been playing pickleball without these?! They’re so consistent and are the perfect ball for any kind of play I decide to do outside or inside. This is the pickleball every single player needs in their life.
Best ball to use on a pickleball court!!!: Excellent pickleballs. I enjoy a fast ball, a lively ball. The Franklin ball, is not. The dura ball moves freely and does not die on the court.
Great quality!: Great quality and very durable! Very noticeable difference in how the balls bounce and the speed of play which makes it even more fun! Would highly recommend to any level of player
Great ball: I like this ball because it’s a hard hitting ball that stays in shape more than any other ball. It also takes much longer than other balls to get soft out in the sun
Most DURAble balls out there!: Most durable balls on the market. Play well in heat or cold. Wish every tournament was played with Duras.
Extremely poor durability: These have extremely poor durability. I purchased 6 balls and of these, 3 went out of round and developed a large bump within a single game each. Another lasted one indoor game on an outdoor type playing surface before the same issue occurred. The outdoor temperature was between 55-65 F and indoor was 70 F so it was not too cold on either occaision. The balls were brand new and were used on a standard outdoor pickleball court surface. This level of breakdown is unaccep
Worst ball made: I'm really struggling to understand how these balls have such good reviews. I've played with them recreationally on multiple occasions and in two different tournaments. These balls are horrible! I play at a 4.0-4.5 level. Most players at that level are fairly good players that hit a variety of shots. To do that, you need to have consistent performance from the ball. This ball does not offer that. Usually within 5-10 minutes of playing, a new Dura ball will begin to warp--
Dura 40 balls: Good ball - not very durable - not recyclable. This is the 21st century and I expect more. something that lasts and is recyclable!
Dura Fast 40 Outdoor Pickleballs: Balls work great, have nice bounce, and are easy to see.
was not what I hoped for: balls break too easy in cool weather***PBC Response*** Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Every ball is not designed for every player or environment. Please reach out to our customer service team by phone or email for more information on how to return these with in 30days . - Anastasia, PBC Team
Pickle Balls: Great Delivery and performance of balls
Horrible poorly made: Seems are pronounced and ball is poorly made I need a refund these are horrible ***PBC Response*** Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Every ball is not designed for every player or environment. Please reach out to our customer service team by phone or email for more information on how to return these with in 30days . - Anastasia, PBC Team
Dura Fast 40 Neon: These are my favorite Pickleballs because they are a heavier weight so wind doesn’t affect them as much, they take longer to crack and therefore last longer, and the color is easy to follow on the court. They are expensive but are worth it.
Dura Outdoor Pickleballs : These are great balls for high end play.
Onix Durafast pickleballs: They were all oblong. None of the balls in the pack were round.
dura fast 40 balls: excellent
Bad Quality from Manufacturer: All six of these Dura’s were warped from the factory.
***PBC Response*** Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, but I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the balls Our customer service team has reached out to you to help navigate a solution to your issue. - Anastasia, Pickleball Central Team
Great pickleballs: These pickleballs are the best I’ve played with. They’re durable and have a consistent feel and bounce.
bad quality: I used 4 of these balls for 1-day of play and 3 are misshapen already and all have seams. Horrible quality product.
Great product!: Love these balls!
Dura Fast balls: These Dura fast balls are perfect for what type of game I like to play. They are easy to hit with great response. I believe everyone should start out with this ball. Super easy to play with and lots of fun made with friends. This ball does not hurt when you get hit by it. Highly recommend.
Dura fast 40 pickleballs: Nice pop to these balls and very durable. Ball of choice for me.
Hate playing with any other…: Always a new Dura in my bag…!!! Best ball for hard competitive play! Hard, fast, consistent, good bounce. When it wears out…reach for another new Dura;-)
WInning: I've tried others, but I still love this ball the best. What I don't like is the high price for a piece of plastic. Fortunately when I bought these, Onix had a very rare sales event that made it all the worth while.
Fake Dura Fast 40's?: I purchased a few dozen balls for teaching but compared to previously purchased dura fast 40s these new balls all had noticeable seams. They are known for being seamless so are these fakes - I imagine at the Dura's price this is a temptation to make fakes.
Max Thumbs Down: Let’s be realistic. These balls are stupidly overpriced for the quality (quick to warp, quick to crack), but we’re forced to use them.
Dura fast pickleball : Love to play with them but they are extremely expensive, and break easily
Warped on first day of Usage: The first ball from the pack was used for typical outdoor game play. In less than 1 hour the ball developed a lop-side and did not bounce correctly. Will try another from the pack tonight to determine if entire batch is faulty or just that 1 ball. I've never see warping to a ball on the first day of usage, so that was a first.
Poor quality: I bought pack of 4 balls in December and only played hand full of time and all 4 balls cracked. We are beginners and not hitting the balls all that hard.
Crisp!: Nice feel to these balls , sharp, crisp movement right out of the package. Good response.
Best ball to play with , IF THEY ARE ROUND: although this is my favorite Pickleball to play with, it is very frustrating when some of the balls are warped, or they are not perfectly round when they come out of the bag
Ball durability: These balls break after just a couple of games
Onix ball dura fast 40: Good ball, plays well, cracks a bit too easily.
Dura Fast 40 Pickleballs: I like the way they feel off the paddle.
Dura outdoor balls: These balls are harder than other I’ve used which has a positive effect on the game.
Bought 100 pack—all had seams: I bought a box of 100 Duras and they all had pronounced seams where the molding of the two halves occurred. I called Onix and was told this is normal—doesn’t seem normal to me as my 4-pack and 12-pack never had this issue! Will use a different brand next time
Dura Fast 40 : Our group has purchased over 300 pickleballs this year. Started out with Franklin X-40, then CORE, and now are using the Dura Fast 40. These are our preferred balls. Good quality, fast, durable, and easy to see. Worth the little bit of extra money they cost.
These balls have a seam in the middle.: I bought these more expensive balls thinking they are seamless, as they advertise. They are not. In fact, you can feel the seam with your eyes closed. The balls are not smooth nor continuous at the joins.
The other balls I‘ve been using you see the seam but you can’t feel it with your eyes closed.
I don’t recommend these balls, and I won’t buy them again.
Ball Performance: The strong points of the Dura Fast 40 is that they hold their line of flight, take spin, and bounce fine. The only disadvantage is that below 40 degrees they crack often enough to recommend these balls in warmer weather. But you can't beat the performance. They actually got exactly where you hit them!
Performance at a price: I really like the speed that Dura balls play with. Not sure why they are nearly double the price. Looking forward to a competitor that can match the quality and lower price point
Pickleball Product Review:
Dura fast outdoor: The balls play exceptionally well. I wish they’d last a little longer but I feel they’re the best outdoor ball
Very happy with the Dura balls!: Love playing with these on the court!
Great balls for Pickleball!: The Dura fast pickleballs are great and are a favorite on the court!
